Job Description

SNI Companies is searching for a sharp and stable individual for a hybrid role with Administrative Support an Customer Service in a fast moving high energy environment.

Job Duties:

  • Administrative duties, not limited to below.
  • Update and maintain daily production reports
  • Maintain employees list
  • Maintain Labor and Material Cost
  • Create PO's in our accounting system
  • Communicate with vendors regarding raw material, machines, samples
  • Prepare end of month inventory reports with information pulled from various sources
  • Work with production to reconcile any discrepancies
  • Assist with research for new suppliers, market pricing for materials, trends
  • Assist the President with research, reports, and various other projects
  • Must be organized and have strong Math and Excel skills.
$16-17 per hour!
