Job Description

SNI Companies is currently sourcing for an Administrative Coordinator that will carry out the daily front office operations for the Office & Guest Administration Department and of the Executive office.

  • Daily office operations, including but not limited to: opening office, answering phones, checking mail, upkeep of tidiness of kitchen/ daily shipments/mailings, bulletin boards, stocking/inventory of kitchen and office supplies
  • Manage front desk coverage, lunch breaks, meetings, PTO and misc coverage
  • Works with staff to coordinate office meetings in conference rooms
  • Maintains a polished and premium look within the FL Office
  • Processes invoices and tracks budget for appointed line items
  • Prepares and reconciles expense reports for Executive Office and the Director of Security
  • Assists in the coordination of in-office/staff events and retreats
  • Assist visiting staff and guests with travel arrangements, if needed.
  • Research, recommend and coordinate appropriate vendors for office equipment leases to include copy machines, postage and shipping equipment and other office equipment
  • Performs routine administrative duties as needed
  • Acts as back-fill for Manager, Office & Guest Administration in absence

Quick Details:

  • Fulltime, Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 5:00pm
  • Permanent Position
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
