Job Description

A leading lighting solutions firm in the Northwest Suburbs is seeking a committed Administrative Assistant to join their steadfast team. The main duties of the Contracted Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to organizing and planning work assignment, ordering office supplies, copying and scanning, binding, filing documents, sustaining contact lists, providing assistance to customers, mail distribution, and creating correspondence.

This Administrative Assistant positon is Temporary to Hire.

The Requirements for the Administrative Assistant role include:

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint experience
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Previous administrative
  • Strong organization skills
  • Great time management
  • Prefer, but not required, prior experience SAP

The Administrative Assistant will report to work during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
