Local Non-Profit is in immediate need for an administrative assistant. This person will be supporting the HR Director and the CFO. Must have high energy and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Duties:
Manage workflow and ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
Generate memos and emails.
Handling office tasks, such as, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support. Heavy calendar management.
Making traveling arrangements and expense reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree is required.
2+ years of hands on administrative support experience.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize projects and daily tasks.
