Job Description

SNI is currently working with a great opportunity with a professional services consulting company for an Administrative Professional with 1-2 years of experience. This role will report to the chief of staff and President of the company to help with general administrative duties including travel and expenses.
The Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant Include:

  • Coordinating Travel Arrangements and schedule management for the President
  • Manage Domestic and International travel arrangements
  • Collect and maintain receipts for expense reports and handle discrepancies
  • Maintain daily files and documents
  • Keep Office area tidy and well stocked for general supplies

Requirements of Program Coordinator:

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily schedules
  • Prioritize and present time management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to anticipate needs and find solutions
  • Commitment to results and meeting deadlines
  • Microsoft Office proficient including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with expense management software such as Concur
