SNI Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator professional for a role with a highly-reputable construction company here in Jacksonvile, FL. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers in overseeing document management functions for ongoing and proposed construction projects.
Duties would include:
- Oversight of subcontractor submittals, certifications, and invoicing
- Take and draft minutes during meetings with clients and other departments
- Submit requests for inspections or other services to ensure projects are staying on track with expected timelines
- Submit and track change order requests
- Create and file written documentations as required for project managers, subcontractors, or clients
- Provide general administrative support project completion
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in a project coordinator and/or administrative assistant role in a construction or engineering firm.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to learn software specific to the industry and/or proprietary company systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision
