Job Description

SNI Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator professional for a role with a highly-reputable construction company here in Jacksonvile, FL. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers in overseeing document management functions for ongoing and proposed construction projects.

Duties would include:

  • Oversight of subcontractor submittals, certifications, and invoicing
  • Take and draft minutes during meetings with clients and other departments
  • Submit requests for inspections or other services to ensure projects are staying on track with expected timelines
  • Submit and track change order requests
  • Create and file written documentations as required for project managers, subcontractors, or clients
  • Provide general administrative support project completion
  • Other duties as assigned


  • At least 2 years of experience in a project coordinator and/or administrative assistant role in a construction or engineering firm.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn software specific to the industry and/or proprietary company systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision
