We are looking for a positive and professional Administrative Assistant to manage the Front desk of a local Accounting Firm. The right candidate for this position will be a go-getter anticipating needs, well organized and efficient, and have a warm and welcoming demeanor to the clients. The chosen candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Proficiency with MSOFFICE to type correspondence, financial statements, and mail merges
  • have a strong attention to detail
  • process tax returns in a timely manner
  • Sort, open, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
  • Professionally answer incoming calls and direct the caller to the appropriate contact
  • General clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing
  • Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory and maintain a clean, presentable and well stocked front desk and kitchen area
  • Run local errands such as bank deposits, mailing packages, etc.

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally handle confidential information
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
