SNI is working with an exciting role with a top tier company in the downtown area searching for a talented administrative assistant to support the executive office. This role will report to the Executive Vice President and company Chairman organizing their schedules, day to day responsibilities and maintaining communication between clients. This will require organization, professional demeanor and correspondence while problem solving and multitasking. In addition to managing the daily administrative and clerical tasks this role will be responsible for travel arrangements and accurate expense reporting.
To be successful in this role, the Administrative Assistant will:

  • Be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Have experience making travel arrangements and managing calendars
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in addition to proofreading and editing skills
  • Be a self-motivated individual who anticipates needs and excels at problem solving
  • Provide superb customer service to staff and clients using critical thinking skills and consulting for projects as needed

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant include:

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Coordinate expense reporting collecting receipts and working with the finance department for discrepancies
  • Maintain documents, reports, and contracts including communication with clients to capture information and maintain records to match deadlines
  • Create or edit PowerPoint and spreadsheet presentations demonstrating additional proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maintain diligent communication in a timely and professional manner via phone and email correspondence
  • Orchestrate travel arrangements both domestic and international to confirm transportation and lodging arrangements for meetings and conferences
  • Manage daily and annual calendar including agenda and accommodations
  • Attend weekend staff conferences three or more times a year
