Job Description

SNI Companies is seeking an administrative assistant in the S.Orlando area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, and our client is looking for someone who is willing to grow with the company. Please apply if you are advanced in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers, as some light accounting duties will be added.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and compensation is dependent on experience, beginning at $12.
Must have experience with the following:
- Receptionist duties including answering phones, filing and greeting customers
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Energetic, motivated professional with critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
