Job Description

SNI Companies is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our client in North Dallas. This role offers growth, stability and a positive working environment. The position is contract to hire and requires that candidates have good presentation skills.


  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate parties
  • Ensure that Supply Room and Kitchen is stocked regularly, ordering supplies as needed
  • Negotiate pricing with current vendors and service providers to ensure lowest price for quality service
  • Process in-house bills for payment, ensuring all expenses are identified and properly coded
  • Calendar management for meetings of executives and managers, ensuring that conference rooms are booked
  • Assist with some HR duties including interview scheduling, auditing new hire paperwork and acting as a liaison between HR department and office
  • Communicate concerns to building maintenance and manage the process to ensure issues are resolved


  • High School or GED required
  • Must have strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
