Our client, prominent Oil & Gas Company in Downtown Fort Worth, has an immediate need for a Personal Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a responsible, Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Confidentiality, professionalism and adaptability are of the utmost priority in this position!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and maintain the personal and professional calendar, including all reservations, personal appointments, conference calls, events, and meetings
  • Organize and execute the daily schedule including, but not limited to emails, calls, appointments, and appearances
  • Maintain business and confidential files
  • Running personal and professional errands as needed
  • Must be available to attend events as needed
  • Comfortable with making fund raising calls for charities and speaking with high profile clientele
  • Research, arrange and coordinate all travel arrangements - locally, nationally and internationally, via private air travel as well as commercial
  • Manage household maintenance and communicate with outside vendors
  • Handle all requests diligently, including errands, personal shopping, and gift-giving
  • Liaison daily with other Executive Assistants, PA's, Family Members, Attorneys, Publicists, Business Managers, Vendors
  • Coordinate and maintain the personal and professional calendar, including all reservations, personal appointments, conference calls, events, and meetings
  • Handle all mail correspondence matters and charitable requests
  • Party and event planning on all levels from small family events to large company events.
