Job Description

We have an administrator job available for immediate hire. You will be in charge of office task that involves filing, generating reports, presentations, setting up meetings and reordering supplies. You will be the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.


  • Answering all phone calls and redirecting them accordingly.
  • Receiving mail and packages and distributing them to their corresponding recipient.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Maintain and update company database.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Schedule in-house and external events, book meeting rooms, update office policies and arrange travel accommodations.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients along with distributing and storing correspondence.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses, office budgets and presentations with statistical data assigned.


  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Microsoft office knowledge.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources.
  • Ability to maintain work flow in a fast-paced environment.
