Job Description

We have an immediate need for a part-time Administrative Assistant.
Main duties and responsibilities of this position will be to provide general office administration for a small but growing office including:

  • Data entry
  • Filing and scanning
  • Purchasing
  • HR and benefits responsibilities
  • Answering phones and receiving clients, visitors and deliveries
  • Business related errands (e.g. banking transactions, picking up supplies, delivering items to UPS, FedEx, P.O.)
  • Light bookkeeping, invoicing and occasional collection calls

Must haves:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office setting, performing tasks similar to those mentioned above
  • Own reliable transportation to assist with occasional or unexpected errands.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and general accounting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
