ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General Administrative Support for Sales Team
  • Will work on special projects for Sales Team
  • Prepares/Edits Reports and PowerPoint presentations. Must be extremely proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • May answer non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive sales information
  • Deals with a diverse group of internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
  • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
  • Assists with Company/Sales Events & Luncheons
  • Copying, scanning, mailing
  • Calendar management, meeting invites and reserving conference rooms
  • Professional and polished communication via email or phone
  • Other duties as assigned


EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS


Working Conditions: Inside office environment.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility.


Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40-50 WPM.
  • Associates Degree Required
  • Extremely Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel (Pivot tables & VLookups), MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • Strong analytical ability. Must have experience conducting and analyzing research (including online resources) and reporting a well-developed, concise summary.
  • Professional and polished communication.
  • Extremely Organized and Highly Detail Oriented.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Great Follow-up, Time Management and Multi-tasking Skills
