Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing data entry from customer's purchase orders to system
  • Preparing worksheets for quoting and purchase orders reviews
  • Faxing and Emailing RFQs and purchase orders to Supplier
  • Entering supplier's quotes to system
  • Filing various documents
  • Following-up order acknowledgment and late deliveries
  • Calling vendors to obtain pricing and status on orders
  • Other assignments as requested by the Account Manager
  • Verifying the inputs before starting the process and the outputs before delivering
  • Authorized to stop the process and notify Account Manager in the event of noticing anything that could result in a non conformance

Required Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Have good organizational and time management skills.
  • Typing 35 wpm or higher
  • Ability to work with others in a teaming environment.
  • Organized and maintain a system for keeping track of tasks and priorities.
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for a high level of accuracy.Some Invoicing
  • Strong ability to be detail oriented while processing a substantial amount of data entry accurately at a rapid pace
  • Manufacturing/procurement exp. is a PLUS
