Office manager and Admin position for a business in N. Miami, FL.
The candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:

  • Answer calls and interface with customers
  • Proposal management
  • Invoicing
  • Coordinating schedules

Training will be provided, but candidate is expected to have the following skillsets:

  • Basic computers - Windows
  • Documents and Spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Docs)
