SNI Companies is looking for a Care Coordinator - Re-Authorization who is fast paced, eager to work and diligently dedicated to getting the job done correctly. Review the description and apply today!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Following department and company guidelines, intake any assigned incoming activity, inclusive of data entry of referrals into patient database, addressing real time service issues and problem solving.
  • Following department and company guidelines, attempt to secure authorization from carrier for all referred products and services by the utilization of various communication methods while following all applicable carrier and/or state mandated policies regarding the proper authorization documentation.
  • Monitor status of all referrals to confirm successful delivery and/or completion of products and/or services through the use of various communication methods.
  • Per department guidelines, consistently and effectively update business partners and/or patients regarding status of referrals through the use of various communication modes inclusive but not limited to email, fax, and or telephonic.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn company's patient database and adapt to any system changes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to organize work flow in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to adhere to company policy and procedures, HIPAA, and state legislature regarding work comp or home health care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals inside and outside the Company.
  • To work effectively and relates well with others.
  • Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
  • Exhibit good problem solving abilities and demonstrate the ability to work well under deadline driven environments.
  • Should be self-motivated.


Hours : Schedule will vary between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Pay : $14/hr
