Job Description

Immediate Direct Hire Account Manager opportunity for an established and growing company.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Client Communication & Service

  • Manage all assigned accounts
  • Administer & effectively communicate with assigned accounts
  • First point of contact with client and AE regarding specific inquiries, issues, etc.
  • Maintain updated contact list for client
  • Assist with Account review/meetings preparation


  • Discuss & Identify individual project with AE/Client to understand scope of project including event, budget, etc.
  • Research for all special projects for assigned accounts or Account Executive as requested in a timely manner
  • Sourcing & Merchandising - ensure all stock levels and availability with vendor
  • Offer & present options and recommendations and/or marketing efforts to client and/or AE within requested parameters
  • Send samples and spec samples to client and/or Account Executive as appropriate

Account Set-Up & Order Entry

  • Set up new or confirm Re-orders in system
  • Create purchase order in system
  • Ensure order is complete before hand-off to Account Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years Account Management experience
Excellent benefits and minimal travel.
