Job Description

The Account Executive, Property & Casualty Sales is a critical role on our Sales Team. You will perform the essential duties of this position, which includes the marketing, acquisition, and long-term retention of church ministry accounts. You must be a reliant self-starter with an intrinsic desire to develop strong relationships, demonstrate value, and exceed sales goals.


  • Identify, prospect and build a book of P&C business for church ministry accounts.
  • Responsible for service and retention of existing and newly assigned accounts.
  • Acts in the liaison capacity of trusted advisor for ministry account leadership.
  • Recommend appropriate coverage and appropriate binding of risk.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospect or respective ministry boards.
  • Coordinate and support agency marketing campaigns and communicate with both internal and external partners regarding status and follow up needs.
  • Actively supports and incorporates agency mission and core values into daily activities.
  • Maintains a positive and respectful attitude with colleagues
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information related to clients, customers, employees, carriers, or as appropriate, other information.


Candidate must hold a Property/Casualty Agent license and possess a valid driver's license with no more than 1 minor violation in the past 3 years.This is a work from home position requiring the Account Executive to drive within their assigned sales territory and the ability to work on occasion evenings and weekends.

Base salary + generous commission package.
