Job Description

Immediate Direct Hire Account Coordinator opportunity for an established and growing company.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Set up New or confirm Re-orders in system
  • Process & Copy to create purchase order created Account Exec/Manager in system
  • Enter and add attachments to purchase order
  • Remit purchase order to vendor via email and/or facsimile
  • Ensure Artwork is order ready
  • Work with Creative Services & Account Executive/Manager to ensure proper vector art and/or embroidery tape is created
  • Administer email/phone inquiries from Vendors
  • Follow up on orders, proof, pre-production sample, sew-out, stock, shipping schedule, and Assist with back orders from vendor
  • Confirm fee structure to ensure accuracy on purchase order
  • Get involved in expedited orders-stay on top of vendor etc.
  • Maintain & update orders & job bags for reference
  • Follow up on orders, confirm shipment and receipt of orders to customers if sales person is not available

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
