Administrative Assistant
Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Davie, FL
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable and problem solving Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team in Davie, FL. This is a long-term career opportunity with a stable company with great tenure. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous dispatch experience is an plus.
Responsibilities:
- Field technician support: Assist concrete techs in troubleshooting appointment issues, such as accessing gated properties.
- Customer communication: Answer and direct calls from new and existing customers, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Administrative tasks: Perform data entry, maintain records, and organize paperwork.
- Presentation & quote assembly: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and client quotes.
- Front desk duties: Greet visitors, manage incoming mail, and maintain a professional office environment.
- Dispatch coordination: Work closely with field teams to ensure smooth operations and timely job completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatch experience preferred (construction, field service, or similar industry a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service experience in a professional setting.
