SNI Companies has partnered with a local non-profit organization in the Orlando area that is seeking to bring a Bilingual Case Manager onto their team. This position will be in office Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with non-profit organizations, fully bilingual in Spanish/English, work individually and function as a member of a team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct intake, assessment, follow-ups, and employability development.
Must adhere to strict confidentiality of all client information.
Develop new job listings
On-going job development and establish positive working relations with potential employers.
Requirements:
Must be able to converse, read, and write English and Spanish.
Two years of experience in Case Manager role or related work.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
