Position: Customer Account Coordinator
Department: Operations
Reports To: Customer Account Manager
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Hourly Rate: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
SNI Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or administrative experience who wants to grow their skills in order processing, account management, and customer support. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting multiple departments to ensure orders are accurate and customers remain satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Tracking: Enter and process customer orders accurately; monitor status and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
- Account Support: Coordinate shipments and logistics, stay current on account requirements and compliance updates to avoid issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Inventory, and Accounting teams to resolve order, inventory, or invoicing questions.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain records, run shipment status reports, and support compliance tracking.
- Other Duties: Assist the Customer Service team as needed to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework a plus.
- 2+ years of customer service, order management, or administrative experience.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for basic spreadsheets and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Primarily office-based, may include standard office environmental factors.
