Staffing Now is currently hiring for a Shift Lead position with a long-standing manufacturing company in the northern CT area!
This is a full time, Monday-Thursday day shift position providing hands-on supervision of a team of production employees. This role is being offered at $20+ based on previous industry and leadership experience.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has manufacturing experience and is looking to move up into a position with more responsibility. Training will be provided!
