Senior Operations Manager
SNI has partnered with a reputable Manufacturing company near Springfield, MA looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team. Are you interested in a change?!
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure production efficiency and resource management.

Drive productivity and quality to meet monthly targets.

Implement ERP/MRP systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for target alignment.
-
Monitor KPIs and optimize operational performance.
-
Guide production managers to improve labor, material, and equipment efficiency.
-
Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ITAR, AS9100, FDA and other regulatory standards.
-
Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Foster a strong Safety Culture and ensure EHS compliance.
Qualifications:
-
8-10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably defense/aerospace.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
-
Proven success in change management and working under pressure.

Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Technical experience in CNC machining, laser welding, and plating.
-
Leadership and communication skills to influence and motivate teams.

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering.
