General Accounting Clerk
Accounting Clerk
SNI Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join a growing team on a temporary basis, with the potential for long-term extension or conversion to a permanent role depending on performance and business needs. This opportunity is perfect for entry- to mid-level professionals with at least 2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee account master data, conduct credit checks, and manage credit lines and security protocols.

Ensure accurate matching of receivables in line with company policies and processes.

Manage fixed asset activities, including acquisitions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and inventory.

Classify expenditures as capital or profit in accordance with investment plans.

Verify contracts, process approvals, and ensure efficient payment processing per company guidelines.

Plan and process departmental expense reimbursements, including travel and business trip expenses.

Contribute to daily closing activities and assist with ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Ensure payments are processed in compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
-
Intermediate Excel skills (comfortable creating and manipulating pivot tables)
-
Flexibility around month-end closing schedules is required
