We are currently hiring a Dispatcher in the Miami, FL area. This is a full time opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule. The hours of operation are 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Answer multiple phone lines with the approved phone greetings
- Participate in job related training sessions to refresh and update knowledge of procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of office work space
- Complete assigned duties as requested
- Assist technicians with equipment request
- Schedule and coordinate technicians for service
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (1-year minimum)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently
