This role will involve assisting members with their Medicaid applications, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Medicaid applications and customer service, be bilingual, and possess strong computer and document management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members in completing Medicaid applications and address any inquiries related to the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating with members and addressing their concerns.
- Ensure accurate document upload and data entry within required systems.
- Review and verify application documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure the efficient processing of applications.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Medicaid applications and procedures.
- Strong customer service experience, particularly in member communication.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Proficient in using computers and uploading documents to systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
