Project Accountant

SNI Companies is currently seeking an experienced Project Accountant here in the Orlando, FL area
This is direct-hire opportunity and looking to interview and have someone start soon.

Responsibilities: 

• Review contracts
• Work closely with Upper Management in preparing client billing for work performed
  
• Prepare invoice packages for all billable projects
  
• Prepare and obtain all lien waivers 
• Verify and reconcile accurate project costs and revenue
  
• Follow up on aged receivables and ensure timely collection of all billings
  
• Make daily cash/check deposits as required
• Verify Insurance coverage for subcontractors
  
• Set up new vendors
  
• Review, code, and process accounts payable invoices
• Assist the project management team 

Qualifications: 
•    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (strongly preferred)
•    Minimum five plus years in general accounting processes
•    Prior accounts payable and invoicing experience
•    Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
