Promotional Vehicle Coordinator

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client to hire a Promotional Logistics Specialist on a direct hire basis
  The Promotional Logistics Specialist is responsible for driving the promotional vehicle to and from nationwide events coordinated by the marketing team
  The position ensures that the vehicle arrives safely at each location and is set up for each event.

Principle Duties:

• Coordinate vehicle parking and conversion to event mode with venue; complete all setup before event start
• Assist clients and companies representatives with training and A/V support as needed
  
• Monitor generator and vehicle maintenance; represent client professionally
  
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly event logs, including attendee counts and details
  
• Track daily work and vehicle mileage/maintenance logs; provide weekly updates to the Marketing Manager
  
• Submit expense reports for approval and offer suggestions for program improvements to enhance operations and ROI
  

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Travel up to 90% of the time
  
• Manage and drive the Promotional Vehicle, a Ford F-550 (30’ length), safely to and from set/coordinated events
  
• Will adhere to client’s corporate vehicle operation requirements
• Will maintain a safe driving record
  
• Has a legal State driver’s license
  
• Safe driving record
  

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation for this position starts at $31,000+ a year
 Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
