Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input financial information into company systems.
  • Help manage and document invoice transactions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
  • Keep financial documents and records well-organized.
  • Reconcile supplier account statements.
  • Provide general support to the finance team with routine tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related area is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Prior experience in finance or bookkeeping roles is beneficial.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Familiarity with platforms like Netsuite or similar systems is a bonus.
  • High level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Effective at managing time and staying organized.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
