Hello, My name is Alexa and I work with SNI Companies. At this time we are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a pool distribution company near Tropical Park.
This company distributes and supplies equipment for pool construction. They work with several engineering companies throughout South Florida in order to build and construct pools for various residential and commercial clients.
As administrative assistant you would be aiding the owner in daily operations such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings with clients and project managers, and communicating between store regarding availability. You would also be tasked with basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing paperwork, answering calls and emails as needed.
JOB LOCATION: Miami, FL 33155
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
JOB TYPE: In Person
PAY RATE: $17-$18 an hour

- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have at least 2 years experience in administration
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
