Job Title: Outbound Telephone Sales Representative
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid after training)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Projected Start Date: November 4th
Position Type: Full-Time Role
Pay: Base rate: Uncapped commission for additional earning potential (Average annual earnings: $80-85k)
We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals for an outbound telephone sales role
This is a high-volume, fast-paced position where you'll be selling vacation packages to guests
If you're driven by financial success and enjoy connecting with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Sell vacation packages to direct customers
Meet assigned sales quotas and KPIs
Maintain detailed records of customers and leads
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience (cruise sales a plus)
Strong communication and sales skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
No scheduled time off during the first 90 days (except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s)
Training and Hybrid Schedule:
First 8-10 weeks: In-office training (5 days a week)
After training: Hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
