We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Data Entry Clerk to support our accounting department by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial data. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Data Entry Clerk to support our accounting department by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial data. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter financial transactions, invoices, and payments into the accounting system.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts and verify discrepancies, resolving any errors in a timely manner.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry and processing.
- Generate financial reports and spreadsheets as required.
- Review and process expense reports and receipts for accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and personal data.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry, 50-100 invoices per day.
- Proficiency in software Workday and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
