Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is partnering with a respected local non-profit organization to hire a Bilingual Lead Guest Services Coordinator. This is a meaningful opportunity to join a mission-driven team committed to empowering individuals and transforming lives through compassionate support.
Principle Responsibilities
The compensation for this position starts at $19.29 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.

Principle Responsibilities
- Guest Advocacy & Support: Ensures guest voices are heard and integrated into programming; maintains a strong knowledge of resources for individuals experiencing homelessness and supports team goals with empathy and professionalism.
- Documentation & Compliance: Accurately records all client interactions and required data in systems like HMIS and Service Point; ensures timely, confidential, and compliant reporting.
- Facility Operations & Safety: Oversees guest safety, manages conflicts, monitors facility activities, supports shelter operations, and coordinates with maintenance and emergency personnel as needed.
- Team Collaboration & Front Desk Duties: Acts as a resource for peers, manages front desk responsibilities, supports team problem-solving, participates in trainings, and adheres to the Social Work Code of Ethics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in human services
- Minimum of one year of direct experience in human services
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Bilingual English/Spanish
