We are currently looking to interview Senior Title Processors/Closers for our client based in Planation. Please review the following:

Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Description:
- Order and review searches, payoff, associate estoppel and other closing documents
- Preparing HUD-1 and settlement statements with figures
- Preparing all necessary closing documents
- Receive lender closing instructions and packages; reviewing them for accuracy
- Must have Title Processor/Closer Exp (3 to 4 year minimum)
- MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
