What You’ll Do:

Handle 150 - 200 customer calls per week with professionalism and patience

Help customers troubleshoot alarm issues, including disabling alarms and resolving tech concerns

Route calls to the right departments and document all interactions

Use internal software systems to manage tickets and track resolutions
What You Bring:

Experience in alarm systems, security systems, or a related industry
-
Solid customer service background and ability to handle a high volume of calls

Ability to quickly learn software tools used for logging and product troubleshooting
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm | On-site
