Job description
We are looking for a dynamic Bookkeeper for our corporate office located in Plantation, FL. The Bookkeeper will manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP, and possess the ability to handle all aspects of bookkeeping from bank reconciliation to AP/AR/Invoices. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of our organization and requires proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks.

We are looking for a dynamic Bookkeeper for our corporate office located in Plantation, FL. The Bookkeeper will manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP, and possess the ability to handle all aspects of bookkeeping from bank reconciliation to AP/AR/Invoices. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of our organization and requires proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Entering invoices/preparing payments
- Cash/General Ledger reconciliations
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- 3-5+ years’ experience
- QuickBooks Online experience required (3+ yrs.)
- Experience handling 20-25 AP/AR/Invoices per day
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in an unsupervised office environment
- Organization is a must
