We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team and support the mobile device/accessories marketing department. This position is primarily focused on operational tasks related to budget management and documentation. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience within a corporate marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and document budgets for the marketing team, ensuring accuracy in expense approvals and tracking.
• Perform routine administrative and operational tasks to support marketing initiatives.
• Generate reports and maintain organized records of all marketing expenses.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing operations.
• Support the department with any other assigned tasks that facilitate the overall marketing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, with an assessment required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
