Currently Hiring Bookkeepers in Doral, FL!!!

We at SNI Companies are currently hiring bookkeepers for a construction company based in Doral, FL. 
This company builds structures made of aluminum for various projects such as residential builds, events, and more. They are looking for bookkeepers on their team as they are expanding business and workload. 

Requirements:

• MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• MUST know QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Excel
• Detail Oriented 
• Timely 

Some Duties include:

• Perform day-to-day inputs in our accounting system related to financial activities.
• Reconcile department accounts monthly.
• Responsible for Banking and CC Closing and Conciliation.
• Assist with other accounting projects in the office.
• Enter and balance accounts payable daily.
• Ability to manage team effectively and coordinate projects.  

Location: Doral
Job Type: Fulltime, In person, Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $23-$25 an hour
