Front Desk Receptionist/Admin
SNI Companies is seeking a polished, professional candidate to be the welcoming face of our organization! This role manages front desk operations and provides administrative support, requiring strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and staff.

Answer/route calls and take accurate messages

Maintain reception area, office supplies, and kitchen inventory.

Handle mail, deliveries, and correspondence.

Provide administrative support (data entry, filing).
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication.

Reliable transportation; ability to lift up to 10lbs.

Prior front desk/office services experience required.
