Manufacturing Assembler

Responsibilities:

• Collect all material and equipment needed to begin your processes
• Take precision measurements to ensure a perfect fit of components
• Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
• Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
• Set up machines to start a production cycle. Control and adjust/calibrate machine
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines (Bolts, Nuts, Screws)
• Check output to ensure the highest quality/ Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Stack and pile finished goods into containers/Prepare goods for shipment
• Package goods following a specific set of instructions/Seal and label boxes and containers
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Check output to ensure the highest quality
• Maintain equipment in good condition
