Staffing Specialist

Staffing Now, has partnered with a Lakewood company for a full time HR Specialist working on a long-term temporary basis. Hybrid capabilities are offered after 2-3 months of on-site training. 

A summary of the position details includes:

• Ensuring compliance is met with new employees - data entry and uploading various documents to candidate profile
• Source candidate for field operations positions using various recruiting platforms
• Assist with scheduling interview with the field managers
• Track recruiting activity

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting experience working in a professional environment
• Data Entry Professionals Welcome
• Strong Customer service skills
• Excellent communications skills written and verbal

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts at $24.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
