SNI Companies has partnered with our client to recruit a full-time Director of Commercial Leasing. Our client is a highly entrepreneurial real estate investment firm known for deploying smart capital and delivering practical solutions across diverse real estate opportunities.
Principal Duties:
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $125,000 a year plus bonus. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience.

Principal Duties:
- Collaborate with Asset Managers to oversee third-party leasing teams, set leasing strategies, and create annual leasing budgets
- Negotiate and approve new and renewal leases, ensuring alignment with market conditions and investment goals.
- Conduct market surveys and site inspections to assess performance, tenant satisfaction, and alignment with proforma targets.
- Cultivate relationships with key tenants to drive lease expansions, extensions, and other growth opportunities.
- Support the Acquisitions Team by evaluating leasing assumptions and financial metrics for potential new assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent commercial real estate experience.
- 10+ years of leasing experience, primarily focused on office properties.
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to evaluate Net Effective Rent and deal comparisons.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
