Title: Office Assistant

Location: Ft. Lauderdale
Pay: $16 per hour, weekly pay!
Job Description:
  • Processing files and customer orders
  • Categorize files and information for data input
  • Evaluate received invoices and Orders
  • Receiving inbound calls and making outbound follow up calls to appropriate parties
  • Sending and receiving emails to respective associations
  • Accessing virtual web portals to enter information 
Requirements:
  • Must have 2 Years Office Assistant Experience
  • Must have experience in a professional setting
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have great communication and customer service skills
