On-Site Call Center Representative (Pompano, Florida)

We are currently looking interview Customer Service Representatives for our client based in Pompano, Florida.  Please review the following:

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent 
Location: Pompano, Florida
Pay: $16.00 per hour, weekly pay!
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Monday - Friday

Job Description:

• Receiving In-bound and Out-bound calls.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling clients.
• Verifying provided customers information
• Ability to multi-task while providing quality customer service

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of direct experience in a call center setting
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• HS Diploma
• MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETED DRUG/BACKGROUND SCREEN
