Marketing Manager

Staffing Now Nashua, NH (Onsite) Full-Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in designing and developing impactful marketing materials for our medical device products. This individual contributor role requires someone with a strong background in the medical field, preferably in upper/lower extremity devices, and expertise in creative design, graphic development, and strategic marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to transform complex technical information into clear, visually appealing, and engaging content for both healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Design & Graphic Development:
  • Lead the creation and development of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, advertisements, social media graphics, product packaging, and more.
  • Design visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the value and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to translate product features and benefits into clear and engaging visuals.
  • Stay current on design trends, especially within the medical device and healthcare sector, to ensure materials remain innovative and relevant.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our medical devices, focusing on both healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Create content for digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing materials support their efforts and address customer pain points effectively.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure marketing content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with product specifications.
  • Provide creative direction and support for product launches, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the upper/lower extremity medical device market and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on creative design and graphic development.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked with upper/lower extremity medical devices or in related therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing materials and campaigns for technical, medical products.
  • Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and marketing best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn complex medical information into simple, compelling visual content.
  • Experience with web design, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
