Business Controller

Controller - Ft. Lauderdale (on-site) 

A fast-growing industrial services organization is seeking a Controller to take a lead role in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure and guiding continued expansion. The company is scaling quickly, with ambitious plans to grow revenue and extend its reach across both U.S. and global markets. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is energized by driving operational excellence and strategic financial planning.

• Own and manage the company’s financial reporting, including full oversight of the P&L and balance sheet
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across departments
• Analyze key financial metrics and business drivers to support performance improvement and strategic decision-making
• Partner with company leadership to identify and act on opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
• Refine and standardize financial operations, reporting tools, and internal controls
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to align financial goals with execution
• Support and drive strategic initiatives that position the company for sustained, scalable growth

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Experience working closely with executive leadership in dynamic, growing companies
• Prior involvement in board reporting or investor presentations is highly valued
• Comfortable in entrepreneurial or high-change environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
