This position is crucial for managing our student housing community, ensuring a positive living experience for our residents, and maintaining the property to high standards.

SNI is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager with a background in student housing to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This position is crucial for managing our student housing community, ensuring a positive living experience for our residents, and maintaining the property to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Management: Oversee the management of approximately 1,200 residents, ensuring all aspects of property operations run smoothly.
- Leasing Management: Manage the leasing process, including conducting property showings, coordinating schedules, and processing lease applications to ensure optimal occupancy.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Tenant Management: Manage tenant relations, including onboarding new residents, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
- Accounts Payable Oversight: Oversee accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and maintenance of financial records.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive community atmosphere by organizing events and initiatives that enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and resident feedback to management.
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is needed, experience in a student housing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Entrada software, or similar property management software is required to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with residents and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and property management challenges.
- On-site, as needed, with the flexibility to accommodate the needs of residents and property operations.
