Bilingual Office Clerk

Staffing Now Tampa, FL (Onsite) Contract to Hire

SNI is looking for a sharp and tech savvy Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant, responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. This opportunity is with an awesome Non-Profit Organization in the Greater Tampa Bay Area!

Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Maintaining files
  • Welcoming visitors to your office
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
  • Must be able to type 50 WPM
  • Must be have sizeable amount of computer skills 

Full time Monday- Friday working 8:00-5:00pm
